The story
Born as a piercing shop called Plug
Skin City opened its doors in 1998 as a piercing shop named Plug. Tattooing followed, the name changed, and more than twenty five years later the studio on East Bond Street is one of the longest standing in Leicester. The work has changed with the times. The standards have not.
